The return form is placed in the package that is sent to us. The package is returned to the following address:

We will refund your return as soon as it is received. The refund will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the order. If you wish to exchange for another item, for example, a different size, please specify this in the return form.

To receive a full refund for returns the item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. This means in original packaging, with all tags attached, without any odors, marks, signs of use, or pet hair.

If you return a used item or items that do not meet the criteria, they will not qualify for a refund. The return will then be sent back, and the shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
